Middle East - Yamileth Guzman
Dear friends,
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. At 16, I gave my life to Jesus. He changed my life, blessed me with the gift of salvation, cleansed me of all my sins, restored me, and gave me purpose in my life. In response to His salvation and love, I have a deep desire to serve Him.
Since that day, God called me to serve Him. This call has been explicitly manifested to serve in missions in the Middle East.
I remember the day God changed my heart. I was at church and there was a picture of a large crowd of people worshiping a false god. They were making a pilgrimage to Mecca, a ritual that Muslims do once a year. This rite is one of their requirements to obtain favor before their God. At that moment, great sadness flooded my heart, and the writing of ROMANS 10:14 pierced my heart.
"How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without a preacher?"
My answer to His call is, Here am I, send me! Seventeen years have passed since that day, and this year the Lord has called me to serve in Lebanon. My church will send me to join a missionary team from the Precious Blood organization in 2022.
I want to invite you to fulfill the great commission to share the gospel and make disciples. I admit that I cannot go alone. I need your prayers and financial support, and yes, if we work together, we can do it. I have a period of 10 months to raise half the money I need to enter the country
—a total of $ 11,000. My monthly stay will be $ 1,800.
I ask you to seek our GOD in prayer, and may the Lord confirm the calling to support me financially.

My wish is that the Lebanese people have a personal encounter with Jesus. I am not going to take Jesus to Lebanon because He is already in Lebanon. I want to go for the Harvest because it is plentiful, and the workers are few. Help me to pray to the Lord of the Harvest sends workers (Mateo 9:38.) May we be the answer to that prayer.

Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para leer mi historia. A los 16 años entregué mi vida a Jesús. Él cambió mi vida, me bendijo con el regalo de salvación, me limpió de todos mis pecados, me restauró y me dio propósito a mi vida. En respuesta a su salvación y amor, tengo un profundo deseo de servirle.
Desde ese día, Dios me ha llamado para servirle. Este llamado se ha manifestado explícitamente para servir en misiones en el Medio Oriente.
Recuerdo el día en que Dios cambió mi corazón. Estaba en la iglesia y había una imagen de una gran multitud de personas adorando a un dios falso. Hacían una peregrinación a La Meca, un ritual que los musulmanes hacen una vez al año. Este rito es uno de sus requisitos para obtener el favor de su Dios. En ese momento, una gran tristeza inundó mi corazón, y la escritura de ROMANOS 10:14 marcó mi corazón.
"¿Cómo, entonces, pueden invocar al que no han creído? ¿Y cómo pueden creer en aquel de quien no han oído? ¿Y cómo pueden oír sin un predicador?"
Mi respuesta a Su llamado es: ¡Aquí estoy, envíame! Han pasado ya diecisiete años desde ese día, y este año el Señor me llamó a servir en el Líbano. Mi iglesia me enviará a unirme a un equipo misionero de la organización Preciosa Sangre en 2022.
Quiero invitarte a cumplir la gran comisión de compartir el evangelio y hacer discípulos. Admito que no puedo ir solo. Necesito sus oraciones y apoyo financiero, y sí trabajamos juntos, podemos hacerlo. Tengo un período de 10 meses para recaudar la mitad del dinero que necesito para ingresar al país, un total de $11,000. Mi estadía mensual será de $1,800.
Les pido que busquen a nuestro DIOS en oración, y que el Señor confirme el llamado para apoyarme económicamente.

Mi deseo es que el pueblo libanés tenga un encuentro personal con Jesús. No voy a llevar a Jesús al Líbano porque ya Jesús está en el Líbano. Quiero ir por la cosecha porque es abundante y los trabajadores son pocos. Ayúdame a orar al Señor de la Cosecha que envíe más obreros (Mateo 9:38.) Que seamos la respuesta a esa oración.
